www.clothingindian.com - Kalka Fashions can ship to any address in the world. In case you have ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days depending on item availability and shipping locations.

If you have placed an order with Kalka Fashions than you can check the current status of your order by first logging in with your username & password and then going to My Account. Here you can not only review your current order status but even the previos history of orders placed with us.

As soon as the order is handed over to the courier we will be emailing you to inform you the status.

Time Taken for delivery:

The time taken for delivery may vary as per the quantity and type of product ordered. In case you wish to get your order Earlier Or till a particular date due to any engagements or functions please email us at kalkafashions@yahoo.com to enquire about the same. Normally Your orders are delivered within maximum 5 - 21 days depending on the Delivery method you have choosen and products you have order. In case the products ordered by you are not be in stock or are Made to Order than in that case the order is custom made and the shipment / courier may take 1 week to 6 weeks. All the products are properly wrapped before they are shipped to you. Once the orders are shipped by us may take approximately 3 to 12 working days depending on your location for the shipment to reach you. Please note that all our products are shipped from India.

Calculating cost :

International shipping and handling rates is based on the size of your order :
the larger you order, the lower the rate. On the checkout page, you will select delivery destination, and the next page will calculate the shipping and handling fee for you automatically.

We have added 3 Types of Shipping Rates From which you can choose any one of them as per your requirement and order size:

1. FREE SHIPPING - On all order above US$ 175.00

2. EXPRESS COURIER DELIVERY - This is the Fastest Delivery method and comes with tracking No. through which you can check your Delivery status by going to courier companies website.

3. NORMAL COURIER OR POSTAL SERVICE - Takes 7 to 10 days extra compared to Express Courier but is much Cheaper And Economical.

Your shipping cost will be calculated as per the number of items you have ordered or as per Total price of your order. In case of bulk orders we can quote you special shipping cost for which you can contact us by email at kalkafashions@yahoo.com .

Kalka Fashions is not responsible for any item once it leaves our business premises. All damages during transit, lost items during transit, lost or stolen packages left at customer's address and any others damage will be borne by the customer only.

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government. They are entirely your responsibility.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as shipping / courier company's will not make any pick-ups on those days. Please note that residential shipments to USA will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package.

Our courier / shipping agent will not be able to provide signed confirmation of delivery made in such cases. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.
